Club Runs

DVCC has a midweek club run each Wednesday (weather permitting) starting from Brigham Church at 9:30am. The runs, which are at a steady pace, include a cafe stop and are in the order of 40 miles during the Winter months, increasing to 60+ miles in the Spring and Summer months. However, we are very flexible and factors such as, who is out on the day and the prevailling weather are always taken into account.

Now well established with a regular group attending, the rides are very enjoyable with plenty of good humoured chat and no-one gets left behind.

So if you have free time on Wednesdays please join us, you'll enjoy it.

The usual advice applies ie. bring some cash for the cafe and a spare tube/puncture outfit.

It would be nice to reinstate the Sunday club run, it should be possible to get a regular small group together for a run. Please let us have your thoughts.

Please see below for some examples of our club runs. These are purely examples of some of our more popular quiet routes.
